Introduction: My Photography Journey
Throughout my life, I have always been fascinated with the idea of capturing memories through photos. Whether memories with family and friends or capturing my surroundings, taking pictures was always a natural impulse. Even though photography has always been a side hobby, I never got out of my comfort zone to explore this passion; however, recently, I had the courage to create this space where I can show my true self and express my opinions on photography and how it changed throughout the years. The aim is to illustrate the fundamental values of photography and the benefits that it can bring to our lives. This blog also depicts the effects of social media and how it changed the art of photography.
This year I also came across a platform called EyeEm, where users can build their personal portfolio of their photography work and connect with others through different unique images. Leaping into this entirely different world, I created a page that reflected one of my interests: nature appreciation. By doing so, this project has helped me get out of my comfort zone, improve my photography skill, and, most of all, connect with the rest of the world through beautiful visuals.
